Technology for a client-oriented railway infrastructure

The year 2007 represents, for the Romanian society, as a whole, and the transport system in particular, the moment of joining the big European family and aligning to the principles regarding the mobility of traffic into the European Community. Railway system represented an impulse for economic development and social cohesion from its early beginning. This is why the policies for maintaining and modernising the railway infrastructure in Romania can become the key factors of the integration into the European structures.

Club Feroviar sustains Romanian railway system by providing the economic and political decision makers with the necessary instruments for developing a strong, transparent and client-oriented bussines structure. Technical innovations and the solutions proposed for the maintenance, the modernisation, the construction of railway infrastructure are the key elements of this objective.

Club Feroviar invites you to take part in the event entitled „Technology for a client-oriented railway infrastructure”, organised under the patronage of the Ministry of Transports, Constructions and Tourism and with the support of National Company of Railways CFR SA between February 28th and March 2nd 2007 in Braşov.
The main goal of this event is to present railway specialists and the general public the best solutions and technologies in the domains of railway infrastructure and superstructure and railway installations.  The meeting in Brasov will include also an exhibition of railway technique and a two-day workshop. The first day of the workshop will focus on the modernisation and the maintenance of railway infrastructure and superstructure, going that the second day discussions to be focused on technologies and solutions in the domain of signalling and control railway installations, telecommunications and IT.

The exhibition of railway technique will be organised between February 28th and March 2nd 2007 in CFR Călători Braşov Railway Station, while the workshop takes place between March 1st and 2nd, in Poiana Braşov, at Piatra Mare Hotel.
